So I have been at this for a week now. I have been watching what I am eating and I am trying to get some exercise in. I weighed myself yesterday and came in at 291. WHAT?? I gained 4 pounds in a week watching what I eat?? There is no friggin way. I know that building muscle adds weight, but really I cant be building that much this early.
My body hates me.

Day 3 isnt so bad.
Just like the title says. I got up to some mild soreness in my arms, but NOTHING like yesterday. My calorie count is going well so far today and if I dont blow it on dinner, I should be within the 1600 calories I am allowed. I am already noticing a boost in energy. I am also proud of my self today because when I was bored and thinking about snacking, I got up and moved around instead. Yay me!

Day 1...ok it's really day 2.
So once again I am starting on this path. I know it is a lifestyle change and yadda yadda yadda. I have been down this path before, many times actually. This is my biggest struggle and the one thing that will eventually kill me, I am sure.
I technically started yesterday. I kind of watched what I ate and I went to the gym. I have changed my work out focus from 100% cardio to 75% weight training and 25% cardio. Yesterday, I worked out my arms. Today, I can tell you the gym pwned me! The mild tendinitis in my right elbow flared up to biblical proportions and the normal carpal tunnel I deal with is not so "normal" now. My arms feel like I can scratch my ankles without bending over, and I am sure that is I dont keep my arms bent, they will surely drag the ground. I would like to gouge the eyes out of whoever said "No pain, no gain".
That said, I will go back. Call me a glutton for punishment, but I have faith that in just a couple of weeks I will own that bitch of a gym.
Day 1:
Wt: 287 (eff me)
I am supposed to insert measurements and photos too, but I havent gotten to them yet...sue me.
